BcloudOne offers Instant Gift Vouchers in various values that can be used to purchase your choice of Gold and Diamond Jewellery.

The following Terms & Conditions are applicable for BcloudOne Instant Gift Vouchers redeemable only on the BcloudOne website.

This is a BcloudOne Jewellery Instant Gift Voucher / Card and would be accepted only on BcloudOne website and on BcloudOne mobile site.

Gift Voucher is not applicable on the BcloudOne app and at Experience Centres.

As per RBI guidelines, customer’s government ID proof (PAN CARD) is mandatory for orders above Rs.2 Lakhs.

BcloudOne Gold Jewellery Instant Gift Card / Gift Voucher can only be used to purchase Gold Jewellery.

BcloudOne Gold Coin Instant Gift Card / Gift Voucher can only be used to purchase Gold Coins.

BcloudOne Diamond Jewellery Instant Gift Card / Gift Voucher can only be used to purchase Diamond Jewellery.

More than one Gift Voucher can be used in one bill. Partial usage of gift voucher(s) is allowed till the expiry.

No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the Gift Voucher will be given if expired.

BcloudOne Instant Gift Card / Gift Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired.

This Voucher is only entitled to a credit to the extent of the face value of the voucher.

If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Voucher, the balance is non-refundable but can be used for the next purchase.

No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced voucher(s).

If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon Code, the coupon discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit.

BcloudOne offers a 100% refund on orders placed online if returns are made within 30 days from the date of the delivery.

No refunds on customized/International order returns. No refunds on Coin order returns.

If an Instant Gift Voucher / Gift Card gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 48 hours.
